Abstract:

The OSG infrastructure exists to meet the needs of scientists and researchers who are typically associated with a university or national laboratory in the United States; therefore, use of the OSG by “for profit” companies or individuals who work for such companies is generally not allowed. However, from time to time, the OSG receives such a request that should be evaluated; this document provides a framework for considering access to and use of the OSG by such an individual or commercial entity.
